Saeed Izadi was the head of the Palestinian division in the Revolutionary Guards' Quds Force, who allegedly facilitated financial assistance to Hamas to carry out the Oct 7 attack.

The Israel Defence Forces (IDF) on Saturday confirmed that Saeed Izadi, head of the Palestinian division in the Revolutionary Guards’ Quds Force, had been killed in an overnight strike in the Iranian city of Qom.

“Saeed Izadi, a founder of the Iranian regime’s plan to destroy Israel, was eliminated in a precise IDF strike in the area of Qom," said the IDF on X.
