A Bengaluru surgeon’s arrest on charges of murder has raised questions about his wife’s demise nearly six months after she was declared dead.
On the morning of April 24 this year, Dr Mahendra Reddy GS came to the Cauvery Hospital in Bengaluru’s Marathahalli with his wife Dr Kritika Reddy. Accompanied by his in-laws, Mahendra told doctors at the hospital that his wife had been found unconscious and unresponsive at their residence in Whitefield.
After examining her, doctors at the hospital declared the 28-year-old dermatologist dead on arrival.
