An elderly woman slipped between the train and platform at Bankura railway station while boarding a train. She was rescued by RPF and bystanders.

Woman Falls On Railway Tracks While Boarding Moving Train
An elderly woman slipped and fell between the train and the platform while trying to board a moving train at Bankura railway station in West Bengal. Due to the alertness of RPF and the help of passengers, the woman was swiftly pulled up and taken away from the tracks.
The whole incident was captured in the nearby CCTV.
As per a report by NDTV, the incident took place on platform number 2 of Bankura railway station, where the 12883 Santragachi-Purulia Rupasi Bangla Express was standing. As soon as the train started leaving the station, the woman (60), tried to board the moving train.
She lost her control and fell into the gap between the train and the platform. However, a tragic incident was averted due to the alertness of RPF personnel and the public.
