A few days ago, Dwyane Wade spoke to PEOPLE, where he opened up about how men often forget to take care of themselves since they are so focused on keeping their families comfortable.

Dwyane Wade said, "You always have to worry about and take care of yourself first, as he opened up about how men think, “'Hey, I'm the man. I got to take care of everyone else…’”The NBA legend added, "Sometimes, you'd forget yourself in that process…I believe that now it's become an extension of who I am, and I feel that how I carry myself...

He said, "I'm a part of that conversation when we talk about all the wellness in the world, like mental wellness and spiritual wellness…”Dwyane Wade added, “We're in a time now where we're having these conversations a lot more…It allows for us to be a little bit more confident."In the last few months, the NBA legend Dwyane Wade, has spent the majority of his time in educating people about cancer and how to look after one’s health.
