WWE Evolution 2025: Naomi Strikes Women's Championship Gold, Becky Lynch Retains Intercontinental Crown

Naomi cashed in her Money in the Bank title to pin Iyo Sky and end the day as the World Champion as Becky Lynch defended her Intercontinental title in a three-way battle.

The second iteration of the all-women WWE pay-per-view event, WWE Evolution 2025, thrilled the State Farm Arena in Atlanta, Georgia on Sunday as superstars from Raw, SmackDown and NXT all gathered under one roof for a wrestling extravaganza that delivered a lot of stunning moments.

Intercontinental Championship

A three-way battle between Bayley, Lyra Valkyria and Becky Lynch for the Intercontinental title lived up to its billing as the trio delivered a spectacular bout filled with moments of adrenaline rush, before Lynch managed to successfully defend her crown as she pinned Bayley to stand tall.

NXT Women’s Championship: Jacy Jayne vs Jordynne Grace

Jacy Jayne and Jordynne Grace battled it out for the coveted NXT title in a matchup full of twists and turns as Grace, who began positively, ultimately had to settle for a defeat as Jayne used the belt to her advantage, attacking her opponent with the title, before securing a win by pinfall.

WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship

The fight for the women’s tag team championship belts was a mouth-watering fatal four-way clash between Charlotte Flair and Alexa Bliss, Asuka and Kairi Sane, Sol Ruca and Zairi and holders Raquel Rodrigues and Roxanne Perez.

The high-octane bout finished with the reigning champions successfully defending their title as Rodrigues hit Sol Ruca with her finisher before pinning her for the three-count.

WWE Women’s Championship : Tiffany Straton Vs Trish Stratus

The top-billed fight of the day between holder Tiffany Stratton and the legendary Trish Stratus delivered lived up to the expectations as the former teammates went head-to-head for the coveted prize. Stratton piped Stratus to hold onto the title but the iconic diva, Stratus, received a standing ovation from the crowd in a show of admiration.

No Holds Barred: Jade Cargill Vs Naomi

Jade Cargill and Naomi demonstrated a high-flying, everything-goes bout as Bianca Belair served as the guest referee for the event. Cargill came up trumps as she delivered a signature move from the top rope to vanquish her opponent on the day.

Battle Royal: Stephanie Vaquer Stands Tall

Stephanie Vaquer punched her ticket to the Clash in Paris with her win in the Battle Royal event, which boiled down to Nikki Bella, Nia Jax, Lash and Vaquer as the last-four standing towards the end of a chaotic matchcard. Vaquer’s timely finisher, Devil’s Kiss, on Lash helped he to the memorable win on the day.

Women’s World Championship: Iyo Sky Vs Rhea Ripley

Iyo Sky and Rhea Ripley produced a bout for the ages, complete with a moment of madness as Ripley’s attempt at a pinfall only came when the referee was down. However, the biggest twist in the tale was reserved for the final moments of the day as Naomi, who had earlier lost to Cargill, came out to the middle to cash in her Money in the Bank title as she hit Iyo Sky with a moonsault to finish things off in style.
