WWE RAW results (08/11/2025): IYO SKY shocking loss, Becky Lynch retains IC Championship, CM Punk attacked again, and more

The August 11th episode of Monday Night RAW has a lot of high-profile matches set for the night. From The Vision's Bron Breakker and Bronson Reed set to face CM Punk and LA Knight, to Becky Lynch taking in Maxxine Dupri, tonight's episode has a lot going on. There was also an upset among fans, with Naomi not medically cleared to fight, and she will not be facing IYO SKY tonight. This edition of Monday Night Raw is live from Centre Videotron in Quebec City, Quebec, and featured a mix of promos and matches. With CM Punk opening the show, the tone was set for an intense and dramatic episode. They night promised to deliver exciting action, with some pretty heavyweight matches set in the cards for tonight. Let's see how everyone got on!

Tag team match

The first match of the night was AJ Styles and Dragon Lee vs. WWE Intercontinental Champion Dominik Mysterio and El Grande Americano.

Before the match can even start, Dragon Lee hits El Grande Americano with a suicide dive. Similarly, AJ Styles kicks Mysterio in the head and then the bell finally rings to mark the beginning.

Even though both Styles and Lee are known for their athleticism, Mysterio and El Grande proved too much for them, with of course, the latter tag team having quite a few tricks up their sleeves. And while some of them backfired, Mysterio and El Grande ended up taking the win at the end of the match with the latter pinning AJ Styles.

El Grande Americano and Dominik Mysterio win via Pinfall.

Sami Zayn vs. Rusev

Sami Zayn seeks revenge against Rusev after their intense backstage brawl in the second match of the night. The latter is aggressive from the very beginning of the fight. Rusev almost had Zayn, and was going for a pin within minutes of the match, but then out of nowhere, MFT members interrupted them and Tonga Loa and JC Mateo pulled Zayn out of the ring. Sami Zayn wins via Disqualification.

Alongside Tonga Loa and JC Mateo, Talla Tonga and Solo Sikoa are also there.

The WWE officials soon run them off the stage when Sheamus comes in. The security tries to intervene again, but Sheamus beats them up, and he and Rusev continue to fight into the audience.

IYO SKY vs. Roxanne Perez

Naomi's title defense against IYO SKY was set to happen tonight, and it would have significantly impacted the WWE Women's World Championship picture, especially with Stephanie Vaquer's challenge at Clash in Paris looming. But with Naomi not cleared to fight, we have Judgment Day member Roxanne Perez taking on SKY.

The Kabuki Warriors had initially told SKY they were willing to stand on her corner for the fight, but the latter said she would be fine on her own. Both are powerhouse performers, but Perez ended up having the upper hand. Raquel Rodriguez made a couple of interferences, and the Kabuki Warriors also got involved, but in the end, Perez pushed Sky into Asuka and Kairi Sane, and rolled her up with a couple of tights for the win.

Roxanne Perez wins via pinfall. This is IYO SKY's first singles loss since February on WWE Raw.

Becky Lynch vs. Maxxine Dupri

Women's Intercontinental Champion Becky Lynch takes on Maxxine Dupri in a title match. The two look equally matched from the beginning of the fight, but Lynch is not a champion for nothing. The Man got in a few pretty good hits, but so did Dupri, and they each took turns trying to pin their opponents.

While at one point it felt like Lynch's title run was going to come to an end tonight, the finale of the match saw Dupri roll Lynch up for a two-count.

But the latter kicked out and went for the Dis-Arm-Her to take the win. Becky Lynch retains her WWE Women’s Intercontinental Championship title. Becky Lynch defeats Maxxine Dupri via submission.

Tag Team Match

CM Punk and LA Knight vs. Bron Breakker and Bronson Reed is the final match of the night. It starts with showing World Heavyweight Champion Seth Rollins backstage with Paul Heyman, Bron Breakker, and “Big” Bronson Reed. On stage, before the match can even start, Breakker and Reed avalanche Punk and Knight.

Reed continues his attack on Knight as the referee signals to ring the bell and start the fight officially.

The Vision crew and the temporary duo of Punk and Knight set the stage on fire with their A+ performance. Fans thought that with Punk hitting a Macho Man elbow drop, the end of the fight was in sight, but none other than Seth Rollins attacked him from behind when he was doing the Go to Sleep, inadvertently making Punk and Knight the winners. LA Knight and CM Punk are winners via Disqualification. The night doesn't end there, as The Vision goes to town on Punk and Knight, but out of nowhere, "Main Event" Jey Uso comes in with a chair and attacks the stable. Uso clears the stage, with the Vision crew scattered, and suddenly, RAW GM Adam Pearce comes out with an official announcement.

He says Rollins has now officially "earned" an opportunity to defend his title at WWE Clash in Paris against Jey Uso, LA Knight, and CM Punk in a Fatal 4-Way. From there on, it's chaos on the stage. Punk and Knight attack each other; Uso tries to intervene, but gets punched by Knight. The Vision takes this opportunity to attack the other 3 and take them out one by one, before being the last ones standing to close the show.
