‘Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai’ March 2 written update: Maira and Mukti send Armaan and Abhira to a cooking class

The episode begins with Mukti asking her mother to talk to Maira about the cooking workshop. Maira takes the phone and tells Abhira that it is important that she attends the class. When Mukti asks what Abhira said to her, Maira tells her that her mother is not saying anything.

Later, Abhira gets emotional thinking about Maira and decides to go to the cooking class.

Armaan and Abhira attend the cooking workshop together

At the workshop, the teacher tells Abhira that her partner backed out and will not be able to attend, to which she says that she can handle everything. Later, Armaan also enters the cooking class, surprising Abhira. She also wonders if he is her partner for the class. Meanwhile, Armaan wonders whether Maira sent Abhira to the class along with him.

He also starts thinking about why Abhira is not talking about Maira. He starts judging her and assumes that she only cares for Vani and must only be worried about her. Throughout the workshop, the two manage to ignore one another; however, Abhira cuts her finger, which worries Armaan. The two then all of a sudden remember that they hate each other and start ignoring each other again.

Abhira also decides to bake a cake for both Maira and Mukti.

Mukti and Maira go out

Back at the hostel, Maira gets a half day and decides to go out to chill. Mukti tells her that it could be dangerous. Just then, Shruti comes into the room wearing a red dress, confessing that she is going to propose to a boy that she likes. Mukti tells her that this is all wrong. Maira then asks Mukti why she is not coming out with her, even though she claims to care for her. After a while, Mukti agrees to go out with Maira. The two of them end up at a tattoo shop. Maira says that she wants to show her father how much she loves him and wants to get a tattoo done.

After a while, Mukti also agrees to get a tattoo for Abhira. Their stencils get exchanged accidentally, and Mukti backs out at the last minute. Maira ends up getting the word “Maa” tattooed on her back.Back at the workshop, Abhira finally asks Armaan about Maira and whether she misses her mother or not. Armaan gets a flashback about the night of the fire 8 years ago, when Abhira had asked Armaan to go after Maira while she went after Vani, and the episode ends. The promo for the next episode shows Abhira getting informed that the builders have somehow stopped the water supply in their area, which means that they cannot play Holi anymore. Abhira decides to do something and goes to Meher’s Holi party. She tells Armaan that the people in that area are now her family and she will not let him ruin the festival for any of them.
