‘Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai’ March 6 written update: Armaan and Abhira get drunk and play Holi together

The episode begins with Armaan taking Abhira’s phone and seeing Kaveri’s name and number. He gets shocked, and as Abhira asks him to return it, he picks up the call to hear Kaveri ask if she bumped into Armaan or not.

Armaan confronts Kaveri

Armaan gets shocked at the entire thing and confronts Kaveri. The latter tells him that she and Abhira have been in constant contact for the past 8 years and that she has been keeping the latter updated about Maira. Armaan feels betrayed about the entire situation; however, Kaveri tells him that it is high time that they face their demons and finally meet each other. She also mentions that Armaan and Abhira should make up, not for their own sake, but for the sake of their daughter, Maira.

Kaveri further adds that she wishes for both of them to fix things and work on it all together as they used to. The two, however, refuse to talk to one another. Abhira expresses her anger and wonders why Armaan never came looking for her. He mentions that only those people are looked for who went missing, adding that Abhira left the family on her own accord.

Abhira reminds him that she was missing for two days, though no one came for her.

Armaan stays adamant and then mentions that Maira saw her saving Vani in the fire, which made their daughter hate her even more. The two continue toargue, however, unknowingly they drink bhang at the Holi party and get drunk.

Armaan and Abhira play truth or dare

While getting drunk, the two happily play Holi with one another. Covered in gulaal, they decide to play a game of truth or dare too. Abhira asks Armaan whether he missed her or not, to which he replies by saying that he missed her a lot.

The two then confess their love for one another and admit that they never moved on from the other person, even after all of these years. The two get very happy seeing each other, and in their drunken state, wonder about how they should get married and run away. Abhira wonders if her white clothes are not appropriate for getting married in, which makes Armaan put a lot of red gulaal on her dress. The two then ride a cycle and continue to talk about their feelings.

Aryan comes back home

Back at the Poddar family home, Manisha gets a call from her son Aryan, and informs the family of the same. While the entire family rejoices that one of the sons of the house is coming back, Manisha continues to look grim about the news. Manoj confronts her and asks her what happened.
