17-year-old boydies by suicide in Bhopal Teela Jamalpura area

Bhopal: A 17-year-old boy died allegedly by suicide at his house in Kabitpura under Teela Jamalpura police station limits. No suicide note was recovered from the spot. Police have registered a case of unnatural death and launched an investigation.According to police, the deceased, Rishabh Dhuliya, 17, lived in Kabitpura with his family. His father, Ravi Dhuliya, works as a sanitation worker. Rishabh, the eldest among nine siblings, worked as a labourer.Police said Rishabh returned home around 1.30am on the intervening night of Thursday and Friday. After having dinner, he went to an upstairs room where some of his siblings were sleeping. Around 2.30am, his brother and sister noticed him hanging from a ceiling hook with a rope.Hearing the children’s cries, the parents rushed upstairs and informed police. A police team reached the spot, conducted a preliminary investigation and sent the body for postmortem examination. The body was later handed over to the family. Police are probing the circumstances that led to the incident.
