In his Independence address after hoisting the national flag during the 79th Independence Day celebrations in Kakinada, Mr. Pawan Kalyan has alleged that the 2019-24 was the darkest period in the history of Andhra Pradesh during the rule of former Chief Minister Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy.
“The NDA alliance has drawn inspiration from the freedom fighters of the State and is determined to guarantee a peaceful life and achieve prosperity and allow people to have their say on the governance.”
Mr. Pawan Kalyan has assured to keep a strict vigil on the 974-km of coastline of Andhra Pradesh as part of the internal security. On the State Government policies, Mr. Pawan Kalyan has stated that a target has been set to increase the forest cover from 33 to 37%.
“Water security would be guaranteed through the Jal Jeevan Mission in Andhra Pradesh,” said Mr. Pawan Kalyan. Kakinada district Collector S. Shan Mohan and other officials were present.
