3 BJP workers injured in Howrah clash

Howrah: Three BJP workers were injured in an alleged attack near Santoshpur Kali temple under Howrah’s Bauria PS on Monday night. A complaint naming nine people was filed and police began a probe, though no arrests have been made.

BJP alleged Trinamool-backed miscreants attacked the men with sticks, rods and sharp weapons. Trinamool denied involvement, suggesting the assault may have been linked to criminal activity.
