3-day annual techno-cultural fest begins at IIT-Patna

The hues of innovation and creativity are alive at IIT Patna as 'Anwesha', the celebrated annual festival, kicks off with a spectacular showcase of student ingenuity. This year's captivating theme, 'Palingenesis Reverie', invites participants to explore the art of regeneration and visionary thinking. Over the course of three exhilarating days, attendees can engage in 32 dynamic competitions and hands-on workshops.

Patna: The three-day 15th edition of IIT Panta’s annual techno-cultural-management festival ‘Anwesha’ got off to a colourful start here on Friday with the ‘technocrats’ showcasing their brilliant creative skill.Organised under the theme of ‘Palingenesis reverie’, Anwesha is one of the largest student-run festivals in eastern India, drawing participants nationwide for a mix of creativity and, in the current edition, a focus on rebuilding and imagination.The three-day extravaganza features a total of 32 events, including 27 offline events and five online competitions, offering a dynamic blend of technology, culture, management, and creative arts.

The festival aims to provide a platform for students to showcase their talent, creativity, and leadership skills.On the first day, prominent events like 'Imagination station’, ‘Mr and Ms Anwesha’, ‘mixology’, word games, symphony, ‘hell-turn’, comedy crunch, and film editing workshop were successfully organised.The festival is scheduled to host celebrity musical performances across all three days. On Friday, a lively Qawwali performance by Warsi Brothers (Rampur) was highly appreciated by the students. On Saturday, the audience will experience a Bollywood Pop Night featuring Nikita Gandhi, known for her electrifying stage presence. Feb 8 will feature performances by Chaar Diwari, followed by a live concert by Darshan Raval.
