3 people burnt to death after 2 trucks collide in Andhra Pradesh's Boyapalem village

BOYAPALEM: Three people were burnt to death after a truck collided head-on with another truck in Andhra Pradesh's Boyapalem village on Wednesday morning, triggering a fire that engulfed one of the vehicles, police said.The accident took place at around 6 am when a truck rammed into another truck coming from the opposite direction, a police official said.The impact of the collision caused the consignment of paper being transported in one of the trucks to catch fire, trapping the victims."Three people were burnt to death after a truck rammed into another truck coming in the opposite direction," the official told PTI.Police have registered a case and launched an investigation into the accident.(With agency inputs)
