Streaming marathon Mafiathon 3 marked a significant change and, perhaps, a turning point in the trajectory of Kai Cenat's Twitch stardom. On September 7, 2025, the streaming marathon had hit 300,000 subscribers, touted as amongst the biggest Twitch events of the season.

This even witnessed appearances from the Jonas Brothers and La La Anthony on the stream most definitely showing that Cenat's reach is without any bounds.

Kai Cenat Celebrates 300K Twitch Subs

On X, Cenat shared his excitement on reaching the milestone saying:“320K SUBS IS SURREAL ALL GLORY TO GOD REALLY FEEL BLESSED❤️TOOK ME 28 days the first time I did this to hit 300k now only 7 days LOVE ALL OF YOU🫡#jobsnotfinished”His stream, in continuing to receive support from fans, revealed that Mafiathon 3 is at just 30% of its ultimate target of 1 million subscribers.

Should such a number be achieved, Cenat has promised that NBA icon LeBron James will cut his hair live on stream, which would certainly rival LeBron-interopid events as the single largest experience in Twitch history.

Jonas Brothers Surprise Appearance

Mafiathon 3 has had the Jonas Brothers as probably the biggest highlight so far. Nick, Joe, and Kevin spent more than an hour chilling and singing with Cenat: "Cake by the Ocean" was at least one of their songs; they gifted him a guitar and even helped with writing a song for his girlfriend, Gigi.

Actress La La Anthony also co-hosted an entertainingly competitive dating show inspired by Love Island, making the Mafiathon mansion an entertainment hub. Between the game room and the basketball court and dorm-style setup, the mansion itself lends to the show-like party that is the marathon.

Though Cenat is a bit more known for his funny reaction streams, he’s still deeply rooted in gaming. He has streamed Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice, Minecraft, and even revealed his Fortnite Icon skin at the Las Vegas Sphere. The mega-success of Mafiathon 3 also casts bigger ripples into the world of esports. Twitch sees fluctuating numbers in 2025 but Cenat's event is pulling millions back to the platform. That much attention could be favorable for big esports tournaments on Twitch, from League of Legends to Valorant. As Cenat continues to move towards his goal of 1 million subscribers, all eyes are on whether LeBron will follow through on his promise to come to the Mafiathon mansion. The only thing certain, Kai Cenat is changing the rules of online entertainment.
