A total of 393 students from RVR & JC College of Engineering (Autonomous) have secured placements with Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) during the first phase of the 2026-27 campus recruitment drive.
The selected students received offer letters on Tuesday (July 7, 2026) with annual salary packages ranging from ₹3.5 lakh to ₹9 lakh. The placements include 35 students in the Prime category with ₹9 lakh package, 52 in the Digital category with ₹7 lakh package and 306 in the Ninja category with ₹3.5 lakh package.
College Chairman Dr. Rayapati Srinivas, Vice-Chairmen Jagarlamudi Murali Mohan and Dr. Jagadish K. Maddineni attributed the achievement to the institution’s quality education, industry-oriented training, coding programmes and mock interviews. Principal Dr. Kolla Srinivas said the total number of TCS selections this year could rise to 450 after the National Qualifier Test (NQT) results. The college has so far produced 4,556 TCS recruits, many of whom are serving in India and abroad.
Meanwhile, the KKR & KSR Institute of Technology and Sciences (KITS), Vinjanampadu, in Guntur announced that two students from the Department of Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) secured placements in Pegasystems (PEGA) with an annual package of ₹15.71 lakh, each.
