50 recovered mobile phones handed over to owners

The Cuddalore district police on Monday handed over 50 recovered mobile phones to their owners.

Superintendent of Police S. Jeyakumar handed over the phones that were recovered by the Cuddalore district cyber crime police. He said cases were registered in various police stations in the district based on complaints received from the owners who lost their mobile phones.

The recovery was facilitated through the Central Equipment Identity Register (CEIR) portal.
