6 killed, many injured after bus collides with trailer truck in Rajasthan

At least six people were killed and several others injured after a private travels bus collided with a trailer truck on the Barmer–Jodhpur National Highway in Rajasthan on Friday.

The accident occurred near Barmer district, triggering panic at the scene. Police teams rushed to the spot soon after receiving information and began rescue operations.

The injured were shifted to Nahata Hospital in Balotra for treatment. Authorities said the condition of some passengers is serious, and the toll may rise.

Further investigation into the cause of the crash is underway.
