Emmys: When and where
The 77th Primetime Emmy Awards will be on September 14, 2025, at the regal Peacock Stadium in Los Angeles, California.
The ceremony will go on air at 8:00 p.m. ET, which is 5:30 a.m. on September 15, 2025, for the fans in India. Comedian Nate Bargatze will be hosting the show, with feature appearances from Sydney Sweeney, Jenna Ortega, Stephen Colbert, and more. The awards will be airing live on CBS, along with streaming on Paramount+, and Indian fans can watch it on JioHotstar.
“We will make jokes, so I’m going to fit along with what award shows do and make fun of the situation,” Nate Bargatze said to CNN about the upcoming show.
The nominees have been announced, and a couple of names have been chanted many times with a smashing force – but it’s not a surprise. ‘Severance’ is leading the game with a whopping 27 nominations to their name, quickly followed by ‘The Penguin’ with 24 nods and ‘The White Lotus’ with 23 nominations.

The presenters? No, it’s the entire Hollywood industry with a couple of misses. According to Cosmopolitan, the names are Kristen Bell, Alexis Bledel, Lauren Graham, Stephen Colbert, Jennifer Coolidge, Alan Cumming, Colman Domingo, Tina Fey, Walton Goggins, Tony Goldwyn, Kathryn Hahn, Mariska Hargitay, Christopher Meloni, Jenna Ortega, Sarah Paulson, Evan Peters, Parker Posey, Anna Sawai, Sydney Sweeney, Sofía Vergara, and many more.
With hosts Zuri Hall and Heather McMahan, the pre-show straight from the red carpet will go live at 6:00 p.m. ET from various media houses, which is 3:30 a.m. on September 15, 2025.
