Eight Khalistani terrorists, wanted in India by the National Investigation Agency (NIA), have been arrested by the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) from different parts of the US in a gang-related kidnapping case, officials announced on Saturday.

Among the eight arrested Khalistani terrorists are Pavittar Singh Batala and Lakhbir Singh, who are gangsters in Punjab and are wanted for carrying out terror activities at the behest of the banned terrorist organisation, Babbar Khalsa International (BKI).
