The 24-year-old student of South Calcutta Law College, who was allegedly gang-raped on the college premises on June 25, stated in her complaint that she was struck with a hockey stick and that the main accused had threatened to kill her boyfriend.

According to a detailed copy of the complaint accessed by CNN-News18, the victim alleged that the main accused, Manojit Mishra, threatened to harm her boyfriend and falsely implicate her parents in criminal cases before confining her within the college premises.

She claimed that Mishra, along with two others—19-year-old first-year student Zaib Ahmed and 20-year-old student Pramit Mukherjee—sexually assaulted her, leaving her injured.

Recounting the horror inside the college campus, the victim said in her complaint: “He tried to force me with the intention of having sex."

“I denied and fought back by not letting him do anything and pushing him back. I cried and asked him to let me go. I told them I have a boyfriend and I love my boyfriend. But he did not agree."

She added that she fell at the feet of Manojit Mishra, former student and TMC’s student wing leader in South Kolkata, begging him to let her go.

“I touched his feet but he didn’t let me go .. . They again took me to the room .. . they took me to the guard room forcefully, he undressed me and started forcefully raping me," she said in her complaint.

She stated that while the main accused was raping her, the other two stood by and watched.
