Leader of the Opposition Rahul Gandhi ended his speech on Friday on the debate over the three bills linked to delimitation and women's quota with a riddle. He said, "And the people of India can try and see if they can solve this puzzle.Yesterday, I was watching the Prime Minister speak. Low energy, broken. Nothing, nothing transmitting. And I suddenly noticed that yesterday was the sixteenth of April. I was sitting here and he was talking, and he was, he was not able to engage.

"He was not able to engage because clearly trying to pass this bill was a mistake because everybody knew there was over the past panic reaction, as I said. So I was watching him, and I noticed on my phone sixteenth of April. And I was like, "My God, how crazy." That's the number. Sixteen. This sixteen number. This is the number. The whole answer to the riddle is in the number sixteen. Everything is in the number sixteen."

He then challenged the public and other members to solve this puzzle, inviting anyone who understands the reference to send a message on Twitter.
