Alienware 15 launched in India with Nvidia RTX 3050/4050, and 165Hz screen; Price starts at Rs 1,15,990

Dell has launched the Alienware 15 in India, its most affordable gaming laptop yet. The move is aimed squarely at gamers in Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities who've wanted into the Alienware ecosystem but couldn't justify the price tag until now.The laptop starts at Rs 1,15,990 and comes with AMD Ryzen 7 260 or Ryzen 5 220 processors, paired with either NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3050 or RTX 4050 graphics. Dell says Intel and higher-end RTX 5060 configurations will follow later this month.Rajkumar Rishi, VP and GM for consumer business at Dell Technologies APJ, said Indian gamers today want devices that perform well without unnecessary bloat, and that's the thinking behind the Alienware 15. Anurag Arora, senior director for consumer sales in India, added that the launch is about widening access through Dell's retail network, especially for buyers outside metro cities.

Built to survive spills, drops, and long gaming sessions

Design-wise, the Alienware 15 sticks to a Nova Black finish with a polycarbonate resin body, Alienware's familiar V-rail styling, and a 180-degree hinge. Dell claims it can survive spills up to 60ml and drops from 18 inches across all faces and corners. On the display front, you get a 15.3-inch WUXGA panel with a 165Hz refresh rate, 300 nits brightness, and a 16:10 aspect ratio. There's also Cryo-tech cooling for sustained performance, a Stealth Mode for quieter operation, and a 720p webcam with dual-array mics for streaming. The Alienware 15 goes up for pre-order starting July 2 on Dell. com, Dell Exclusive Stores, Amazon, and Flipkart. Buyers can expect launch offers too, including cashback, no-cost EMI, and a bundled Alienware 25 monitor deal.
