Mr. Satyanarayana said the BJP elects its State president every three years as part of organizational elections in a democratic manner, and the process for bringing in a successor to the incumbent Daggubati Purandeswari, who is sitting MP from Rajahmundry, has begun.

Mr. Satyanarayana said BJP was the only party following democratic procedures and providing the details of the election to the Election Commission as per norms.
