Andhra Pradesh Finance Minister Payyavula Keshav will present the State Budget for the 2026–27 financial year in the Assembly on Saturday (February 14, 2026). Agriculture Minister K. Atchannaidu is also set to present the Budget for agriculture and allied sectors on the same day.
Governor S. Abdul Nazeer on Wednesday (February 11, 2026) outlined an ambitious roadmap for the 2026–27 financial year, declaring that the State is moving from a phase of “revival” to one of “ascendance” under the vision of Swarna Andhra 2047.
The Budget Session, which began on Wednesday (February 11, 2026) with Mr. Nazeer’s address to the joint sitting of the Legislative Assembly and Legislative Council, will continue till March 7, concluding with cultural programmes for the legislators.

Finance Minister Payyavula Keshav reaches Andhra Assembly
Finance Minister Payyavula Keshav and Agriculture Minister Kinjarapu Atchannaidu reached Assembly, about a couple of hours ahead of presenting the Annual Financial Statement (Budget) 2026-27 and Agriculture and Allied Sectors Budget 2026-27 respectively, one after another in the Assembly.
The Budget will be presented by Home Minister Vangalapudi Anitha and Agriculture budget by Revenue Minister Anagani Satya Prasad in the Council, while the same happens in Assembly.
All the four Ministers gathered at the Chamber of the Finance Minister.
