Andre Reed humiliates Ray Lewis after Bills crush Ravens with historic comeback (Image Via Getty)
Andre Reed, the Pro Football Hall of Famer and Buffalo Bills legend, had the perfect response after the Bills’ wild comeback against the Baltimore Ravens on September 7, 2025, in Buffalo.
Before kickoff, Ravens icon Ray Lewis teased Reed about a “storm” waiting in Upstate New York. But when the Bills erased a 15-point gap to win 41-40 on “Sunday Night Football,” Reed laughed and said the storm was real but it was the Bills and their 70,000 fans who cleared the Ravens away in the final minutes.
Andre Reed fires back at Ray Lewis after win
Andre Reed shared his thoughts with TMZ Sports the day after the game. He joked, “Ray knew what was up. He’s coming to Buffalo; he’s coming to the best fans in the NFL. The storm was coming, you’re right—it’s not December. These two teams were a storm and it was here, but we had 70,000 plows ready for that storm and we cleared ’em out in the end.”
The Bills’ rally made the night even more historic. It was the final home opener at Highmark Stadium, with the team set to move into a new stadium next year. Fans packed the stands, and Reed’s playful jab at Ray Lewis was a reminder of how deep the Bills’ pride runs in Buffalo.

Josh Allen and Matt Prater deliver historic finish
Quarterback Josh Allen carried the Bills in the fourth quarter. He threw for 394 yards, ran it in for two touchdowns, and passed for two touchdowns. With under four minutes to play, Buffalo found itself down 40-25, but Allen led them on two lightning-quick scoring drives, tying the game up. Then kicker Matt Prater, signed just days prior, nailed a 32-yard field goal at the time it expired. That kick capped off a 41-40 win, a score that has never even occurred previously in NFL history. Fans called it “scorigami,” making the win even more memorable. Andre Reed’s jokes at Ray Lewis were just the cherry on top of a Sunday night thriller in Buffalo.
