India’s sprinters Animesh Kujur and Gurindervir Singh enjoyed record-scripting performances at the Federation Cup Athletics in Ranchi on Thursday to brake the national 100m record in a matter of mere minutes.
Gurindervir dashed to a 10.17s finish in his semifinal heat of 100m event to break Kujur’s showing from the last year. However, Kujur reclaimed the record with a 10.15s personal best in the second heat.
