Ankita Lokhande praises Pavitra Rishta co-star Usha Nadkarni, calls her a ‘rockstar’ and an inspiration

Ankita Lokhande, who recently made a comeback to Laughter Chefs season 3, was recently seen praising her Pavitra Rishta co-star Usha Nadkarni. The actress spoke highly of veteran star Usha Nadkarni, fondly remembered for her role as Savita Deshmukh in Pavitra Rishta.

She described her as a true rockstar and a constant source of inspiration.Ankita took to her social media account and penned a heartfelt note post attending an event organised to promote Gandhi Talks which stars Usha Nadkarni and the South star Vijay Sethupathi. Ankita and Usha share a very strong bond and they always cherished their association and have spoken about it openly. Last year, Ankita invited Usha Nadkarni to her house for a lunch where the on-screen mother-in-law and daughter-in-law duo,During the vlog, Usha got emotional talking about her life and revealed she stays alone and fears that if ever anything happens to her nobody will be there to help her.

She broke down in the video talking about her brother’s death. She further shared that had he been alive he would come running for her. Ankita assures Usha Tai that she is always there for her and she can call her whenever she needs any help. She comforts her and mentions that she is just one call away.Further in the vlog, Ankita revealed Usha tai and she never fought but never got along also. Ankita had shared that Usha Tai and she never got along with each other. Usha interrupts and adds that but they never fought with each other. They both shared that their behaviour was different back then. Ankita reveals on the last day of the shoot, she especially called Usha Tai and told her that if ever she needs her in life she will be there for her.
