Tensions rise as Vasundhara urges Anupama to distance herself from Prarthana's newborn, citing a priest's warning. Despite Prarthana's disbelief and insistence on Anupama's presence, a reluctant Anupama agrees to a three-day separation. Later, during a Holi celebration, a near-accident involving the baby leads to Vasundhara blaming Anupama, while Prerna's actions spark suspicion.
The episode begins with Vasundhara saying she is worried about Prarthana’s baby and asks Anupama about the priest’s words. As they talk, Rahi and Prem take Anupama’s side, saying her shadow is not ominous but is instead a good thing for the baby.
Vasundhara still comments that they should take some precautions no matter what. Hasmukh also comments that they cannot rewrite fate and that what is written will happen, no matter what.
Prarthana does not agree with the priest’s words
After an argument about astrology and what the priest said about Anupama, the latter reluctantly agrees to stay away from the baby for the next three days. However, Prarthana insists that Anupama stay near the baby. She says that she does not believe in all of this and wants Anupama by her side. Prarthana asks for her baby, though Vasundhara fears this will bring bad luck. She still hands the baby over, and Prarthana gives her baby to Anupama. She tells Anupama to bless her daughter. Upon hearing this, Anupama breaks down in tears and gives the newborn girl her blessings and well-wishes.Anupama then promises Vasundhara that nothing will happen to the baby. She thinks about her dream and wonders how she will not let anything happen to the child even if she herself dies.
The Shah and Kothari family get together to celebrate Holi
The two families get together for the celebration and banter about who will get to hold the baby. Parag refuses to let go of his grandchild, saying the queue is long, though he will not give up the baby. Later, they discuss the story of Holika and how the Holika Dahan came to be. Meanwhile, Pari spots Prerna trying to come between Rahi and Prem. She stops her just in time and warns her not to cross her limits. Anupama sees all this from afar and asks them what happened. Prerna simply says that Pari was giving her cooking tips, and the two leave. Later, Rahi almost falls into the fire with the baby in her hand; however, Prerna saves them. Pari thinks Prerna is the reason behind the accident, while Rahi thanks her. Vasundhara blames Anupama for the entire thing.
