‘Anupamaa’ March 6 written update: Anupama finds out about Prerna’s true intentions

The episode begins with Anupama missing Anuj amid Holi festivities. She reminisces about their time together and how they used to celebrate everything together.The Kothari and Shah families celebrate Holi together, as Hasmukh comments about how beautifully the house has been decorated.

Paritosh, however, remains bitter and starts talking about how Vasundhara should have given him the decoration contract.

Kinjal tells him to be quiet and enjoy the festivities.

Prarthana wants everyone to bless her baby

Meanwhile, the scene shifts to Prarthana requesting all women of the house to bless her newborn baby girl with a smile on her face. Vasundhara and Anupama together get the baby ready for the ceremony as Prarthana watches over everything. Kinjal, Pakhi, Meeta, Khyati, and Rahi also join in. Later, Rahi and Prem perform in front of the family, and as the two share a moment together, Prerna gets jealous. She comments about how Prem has to be the first one to put gulaal on her. As the celebrations start, Anupama attempts to be the first one to put color on Prerna. The latter, however, makes up an excuse and runs away from there, leaving Anupama wondering about what happened to her. As the family starts dancing around, Prerna quickly pushes Prem so that he puts color on Prerna in order to balance himself.

This angers Prem as he looks at Prerna with disdain. He asks her whether she cannot watch where she is going.

His comment and tone surprise everyone, with Rahi asking him why he is getting so angry over something like this.

Prerna tries to get closer to Prem

As Paritosh prepares bhaang for everyone, one by one, all of the family members get intoxicated. Prerna, in her drunk state, tries to get close to Prem, which Anupama notices right away. Ansh also tells Paritosh to be careful with how much bhaang he has.Prerna continues to try to get closer to Prem under the guise of the celebrations. Anupama intervenes in time and confronts her about what is happening and what she is trying to do. Pari watches this and interrupts them, telling Anupama the truth about Prerna and her intentions. Anupama gets shocked and asks Prerna whether all of this is true or not. Prerna finally admits that she is in love with Prem and that there is nothing that she can do about it.Anupama tells her that she should not love a married man, and that Prem only has eyes for Rahi. She tells her to leave Prem alone. Prerna smirks and finally tells Anupama about what happened in Delhi. Prem also explains his side, sharing that he did not wish to hurt anyone and that he had no clue about Prerna’s feelings.The promo for the next episode shows Anupama getting angry and crying about what will happen if Rahi finds out the truth. Meanwhile, Rahi stands behind all of them with a shocked look on her face.
