Leaders of the Andhra Pradesh Primary Teachers Association (APTA) have urged the authorities to ensure justice to the Special Assistants engaged in the ongoing Class X (SSC) valuation across the State.
The association’s State president K. Prakash Rao and general secretary M.G. Mahdi, said in a press release that Secondary Grade Teachers (SGTs) and Physical Directors (PDs) have been appointed as Special Assistants for the valuation process. Compared to the previous years, their workload has reportedly doubled in addition to their regular duties. They have been assigned the responsibility of entering marks question-wise into tabs through online mode, which has significantly increased their work burden, they claimed.
