Assets worth ₹14 crore found during raid on govt. engineer

During a recent raid on the houses and premises of Ajaysingh Rajpur, an assistant executive engineer of the District Urban Development Cell, Lokayukta officials found moveable and immoveable assets worth over ₹14 crore.

These assets include three houses in Belagavi, five sites in Saundatti, Hukkeri and Hubballi, 5.96 kg of gold, 5 kg of silver, fixed deposits valued at ₹3.12 crore, a car and a motorbike.
