The US Open finalist now trails Swiatek 6-5 in their meetings, but she has won four of their last six contests. Swiatek, the former world number one, was appearing in her first final on grass.
A break in each set was sufficient for Pegula to secure the victory, adding to her trophies in Austin (hard court) and Charleston (clay) this season.
Pegula now boasts nine career titles, five of which have come in the last 12 months.
She begins her Wimbledon campaign on Tuesday against the 122nd-ranked Italian, Elisabetta Cocciaretto. Her best result in the grass-court Grand Slam is a quarter-final appearance in 2023.
