Bailey Zimmerman is facing a lot of legal repercussions after he was accused of trashing his hotel room in Albuquerque. According to the latest reports, a warrant for his official arrest has also been issued by the authorities.

PEOPLE reported that the famed singer has been served with multiple charges, which also include a felony charge for allegedly trashing a hotel room that he was ataying at. Not only that, ut a warrant for his arrest was also issued on June 18 with regards to his crimes. According to the report, Zimmerman is facing "misdemeanor for falsely obtaining services, and a fourth-degree felony for criminal damage to property over $1,000.

"The incident that caused all of this occurred on May 27, after the star cancelled a concert in Sandia Resort and Casino that he was supposed to perform, at the very last minute. A statement from the report further read that, "the singer appeared to be exhibiting signs of intoxication" and that he "spit toward a Sandia security officer." He also allegedly destroyed property and smashed a guitar before the show began.He had been on his ‘Different Night, Same Rodeo Tour’ at the time of the reported incident.

He had also announced the cancelled show on his Instagram account, writing that “It's so hard for me to have to say this, but I have to reschedule tonight's (5/27) and Saturday's (5/30) shows. I have not been feeling well and have tried to power through, but I'm not able to give you all the show you deserve. I hate letting y'all down and was really looking forward to these shows, but I gotta take care of myself so I can get back out there stronger.

Bailey Zimmerman destroyed his hotel room after incident at concert

When he was later taken to his hotel, he was told to vacate the premises, however, refused to do so. The authorities were called to the hotel because of this. According to the report, it was revealed that his room was found to have a lot of broken items, including a broken TV, broken phone, furniture pieces that were missing from the space, as well as an alcohol charge worth USD 400. It was reported that overall, the singer caused around USD 16 thousand worth of damage.
