New Delhi: iQOO is now all set to introduce its latest and most-awaited device in India. And they have officially announced that it is going to launch its iQOO 15R in India on February 24. iQOO has also confirmed several key specifications via a dedicated microsite on Amazon.
iQOO has also stated that the iQOO 15R will be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 processor, and it will be equipped with a big 7,600mAh battery pack.
This device will also include a Supercomputing Q2 chip. It will feature a 1.5K AMOLED display with the support of HDR10+ with a high 144Hz refresh rate and up to 5,000nits of peak brightness. In terms of the camera, iQOO 15R will include a dual rear camera setup, which comes with a 50MP Sony LYT-700V primary camera sensor with OIS support.
It is coupled with an 8MP ultra-wide camera sensor. This device will be housed with a massive 7,600mAh battery pack, which will support 100W wired charging.
It will also get the bypass charging support, and the device can charge from 20% to 44% in just 10 minutes. It is also stated to offer up to 3.1 hours of gaming, 16.3 hours of video playback, 7.1 hours of social media usage, and around 2.4 hours of 4K video recording at 60FPS based on the internal testing.
For the thermal, the iQOO 15R will include a 6.5K IceCore VC cooling system. iQOO 15R will come with OriginOS 6 based on Android 16 out of the box. iQOO has also confirmed that it will offer 4 years of OS updates and 6 years of security updates.
