Former Bigg Boss Malayalam Season 7 contestant Renu Sudhi, who recently walked out of the reality show citing emotional distress, has once again become the center of attention, this time for clarifying a widely misunderstood statement about a perfume bottle associated with her late husband, actor Kollam Sudhi.The controversy, which initially erupted before her entry into the Bigg Boss house, is now back in the spotlight following a resurfaced clip from the show, in which Renu explains her earlier comments about the perfume. The perfume was specially crafted in Dubai to replicate the scent of her late husband Kollam Sudhi, who passed away in a tragic accident in 2023. Inside the Bigg Boss house, during a quiet conversation with Noora and Shanavas, Renu addressed the issue directly, hoping to clear the air about what she really meant.“The perfume has Sudhi Chettan’s smell, the smell of his sweat. I love it, since it’s special to me. That’s something I can never get back in my life. I am so thankful to Lakshmi for gifting me that. She got it from Dubai. What I said was, I will love it, but for others, it’s a bad smell.

But that comment got misinterpreted,” she said emotionally.

Renu Sudhi entered Bigg Boss Malayalam 7 as one of the most anticipated contestants, largely due to her connection with the late Kollam Sudhi and her growing public profile. However, her time in the house was short-lived. Last week, she voluntarily exited the show, stating that she was not emotionally in a place to continue.
