The state also hosts other police training institutions, such as the Bihar Police Academy in Rajgir and a facility in Simultala, which offer a range of training programmes—from foundational law enforcement duties to specialised skill development and human resource training.According to officials, expert trainers from the police department will conduct in-service courses on emerging and sensitive topics. These sessions aim to enhance recruits' legal knowledge, physical capabilities, and interpersonal skills, while also helping them manage stress effectively in the line of duty.
