As more details emerged, including the suspect’s surname “Kim,” online speculation began linking the case to Kim Jung Hun.Amid the growing attention, an individual claiming to be Kim Jung Hun’s wife shared handwritten notes and images online, accusing him of multiple forms of abuse.

These included claims of controlling behaviour, monitoring her online presence, social restrictions, and sexual assault. She also alleged that his previous marriage ended due to similar abusive conduct, adding another layer to the accusations.

Jisoo’s alleged involvement addressed

As the case gained traction, questions arose regarding Jisoo’s possible connection, particularly concerning her brother’s role in her professional affairs. However, both alleged victims clarified that Jisoo should not be implicated.One of them reportedly stated that the accusations were solely against Kim Jung Hun and should not extend to his family. Similarly, the woman claiming to be his wife mentioned that Jisoo may have been unaware of the situation and even said she did not know about their relation at the time of her marriage.

Legal update on the case

On April 17, the Seoul Central District Prosecutors’ Office dismissed the arrest warrant sought by police against the man believed to be Kim Jung Hun.
