The Bruins made the announcement official on their Twitter/X account, stating, “Per Coach Sturm, David Pastrnak and his wife, Rebecca, have welcomed a baby daughter. Congratulations to the Pastrnaks! David is expected to play tonight.” The team has further confirmed that the Boston Bruins star will appear tonight against the San Jose Sharks.

Earlier, in 2023, Pastrnak welcomed his daughter, Freya, sharing the news on Instagram.

He announced her birth stating, “We’ve dreamt about this moment for a long time, and I couldn’t be more proud of my two beautiful girls. I can’t wait to watch you be the best mamma to our little nugget," he wrote in his social media caption.As per reports, Pastrnak and Rebecca have been together since July 2018, and the couple welcomed their firstborn, Viggo Rohl, who unfortunately passed away just six days after he was born in 2021.

"Viggo Rohl Pastrnak June 17th 2021 - June 23rd 2021. We have an Angel watching over us, and we call him SON. You will be loved FOREVER," wrote Pastrnak after the passing away of his firstborn baby.Later, the couple married in June 2024 in an “amazing weekend” with family and friends.
