The reality behind the post

Despite the celebratory tone, insiders quickly clarified that Britney was joking.

According to TMZ and E! News, the adoption claim was not real: “She’s just messing with people,” one source told TMZ.There was no actual adoption, no new pet, and no move to Italy. Even the baby carrier spotted in the background of the video was reportedly used for baby dolls, not a real child.
