HYDERABAD
The Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) termed the High Court judgment in the TGPSC Group-I merit list case as a lesson to the Revanth Reddy government stating that his government had resorted to irregularities against hopes of the unemployed youth.
In separate statements, working president of BRS K.T. Rama Rao and senior leader T. Harish Rao on Tuesday demanded that the State government implement the High Court verdict without any delay. The BRS leaders claimed that the High Court judgment had confirmed irregularities in the allotment of exam centres, issuance of hall-tickets and also in the evaluation of answer sheets and release of the general merit list.
Speaking to newspersons separately, BRS MLA Padi Kaushik Reddy, former minister Koppula Eshwar, party leaders A. Rakesh Reddy and others said the High Court judgment had held what the unemployed youth and BRS had been pointing out all these days. They mentioned that the BRS government had cancelled the Group-I exam held after allegations of paper leak.
Mr. Eshwar ridiculed the allegations made by Minister for SC Development A. Laxman Kumar holding the BRS government responsible for the present status of residential schools. He said people, particularly the students of residential schools and their parents were well aware of their condition during the BRS rule and now. He blamed the Congress government for the death of over 100 students in residential schools since December 2023.
