The Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) has extended the deadline for Class 11 spot admissions for the academic session 2025–27, giving students who missed earlier rounds an additional opportunity to secure admission.
The new last date for completing the registration process through the Online Facilitation System for Students (OFSS) portal is September 12, 2025. This extension is crucial for students aiming to enroll in streams like Science, Commerce, Arts, Agriculture, or Vocational, and ensures that no eligible student is left out due to missed deadlines or technical issues during earlier registration phases. Students must act promptly, complete the application process online, and approach their chosen +2 school to finalise admission in vacant seats.

Here is how students can apply online for BSEB OFSS registration:
- Visit the OFSS Portal: Students should log in to the official OFSS portal at ofssbihar.net to begin the registration process.
- Fill Out the Common Application Form (CAF)
- Enter personal and academic details.
- Choose the preferred stream and select up to 20 colleges in order of preference.
- Class 10 mark sheet

- Other necessary documents as per OFSS guidelines
- Application fee is ₹350, payable online via UPI, net banking, debit/credit card, or e-challan.

Stream and seat availability
Students should check the availability of seats in different streams—Science, Commerce, Arts, Agriculture, and Vocational—on the OFSS portal before applying. Prioritizing streams and colleges based on seat availability can improve chances of securing admission in the desired +2 school.
