BSF ASI shoots himself dead at Jammu camp

JAMMU: A BSF assistant sub-inspector (ASI) allegedly shot himself dead at his camp in Jammu on Sunday, a day after resuming his duty following a month-long leave.“ASI Lal Singh (54), from Madhya Pradesh, was found in a pool of blood... Senior BSF and police officials rushed to the scene... An inquest has been initiated to ascertain the circumstances behind his taking such an extreme step," an official said.
