NEW DELHI: An under-construction house collapsed in northwest Delhi’s Rohini on Wednesday evening following heavy rainfall, prompting a rescue operation.A Delhi fire service official said two people have been pulled out from the debris so far, while rescue efforts are still underway, news agency PTI reported.
The incident was reported around 4.20pm near an MCD school in Sector 16, Rohini.Four Delhi fire service rescue teams were rushed to the spot to carry out the operation, officials said.Police, NDRF and other emergency teams also reached the site, and the area has been cordoned off.(With agency inputs)
