Govt sources clarified that the Vice President’s office remains fully operational and described the rumours as “completely wrong and unfounded”

Amid speculation that Jagdeep Dhankhar, who stepped down as Vice President of India, had his office sealed, government sources have firmly denied the reports.
Speaking to News18, the sources clarified that the Vice President’s office remains fully operational and described the rumours as “completely wrong and unfounded."
“Any information that is being run, saying that the office of Mr Dhankar has been sealed or shut is completely wrong and unfounded claim," the sources said.
In fact, key meetings, including that of the Business Advisory Committee, were held as scheduled on the same day. Officials confirmed it was business as usual at the Vice President’s Secretariat.
“The office is completely functional, and in fact, crucial meetings, including business advisory committee has also taken place today," they added.
