According to the preliminary data before reconciliation provided by the poll authorities, Bagalkot recorded a polling percentage of 68.73% and Davangere South recorded 68.55%

Polling for the byelections to Davangere South and Bagalkot Legislative Assembly constituencies went on smoothly and concluded peacefully, barring few technical glitches and a stray instance of a minor clash in Davangere.

However, both constituencies recorded lower polling percentages compared to the 2023 general Assembly elections.
