Calcutta High Court Adjourns Hearing on Challenge to Interim Protection for Ex-Sports Minister Aroop Biswas to July 2

Kolkata: The Calcutta High Court’s division bench on Tuesday adjourned the hearing of a case challenging interim protection granted to former sports minister Aroop Biswas till July 2.Satadru Dutta, the organiser of Messi’s ‘GOAT India Tour’, had filed a case before the division bench of ACJ Tapabrata Chakraborty and Justice Partha Sarathi Chatterjee challenging the Justice Saugata Bhattacharyya’s order granting interim protection till Aug 17.
