Can right to privacy hide an extramarital affair? SC says no

A wife trying to prove adultery asked for CCTV footage from a Jaipur hotel where she alleged her husband had stayed with another woman. But the footage had been erased under the hotel’s 30-day retention policy.
She then approached the Family Court for the next best evidence: hotel reservation records, payment details, identity documents of the occupants and her husband’s call detail records for the relevant period.
