In a shocking event, a prominent businessman and owner of Multani Bakery, Sunil Sadarangani, ended his life on Thursday. The 59-year-old jumped to death from the 17th floor of Panash Apartment, the tallest building on Vijaypur Road. The entire incident was caught on camera, and the CCTV footage shows him praying with folded hands before lying down and making the fatal jump.

On Thursday afternoon, some onlookers noticed a man standing with folded hands on the 17th floor of Panash. When locals observed movement at the edge of the tall building, they alerted the security guard.

The guard quickly went up to the 17th floor and managed to convince Sadarangani to come down safely. Sadarangani then claimed he had left his car keys upstairs and went back up. Unfortunately, before the guard could react, Sadarangani jumped down, shocking everyone. He died on the spot.

The tragic event was captured on CCTV cameras in the area, and the footage is now going viral on social media. Given the gravity of the situation, Senior Police Inspector Dadasaheb Gaikwad from Vijapur Naka Police Station arrived at the scene with his team to begin further investigation.

As per the reports, Sunil Sadarangani had driven to the location that afternoon, parking his car in Panash Apartment’s parking lot and opting to take the stairs instead of the lift. At first, no one recognised him, but later police identified him through his car’s number plate.

Sunil Motilal Sadarangani was the owner of the renowned Multani Bakery and a well-known businessman in Solapur. He was also the son-in-law of Rajkumar Rathi, a prominent figure in Solapur.

Multani Bakery had closed some time ago, and Sadarangani had settled in the Kharadi area of Pune. Four days prior, he had returned to Solapur with his wife, planning to settle there again.

The reports added that he had been facing financial difficulties for some time, leading to depression, and was undergoing treatment from a psychiatrist.
