The menace of stray bulls is on the rise in Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh, creating a growing atmosphere of fear and danger among residents. A recent incident from the Nawabganj police station area has highlighted the severity of the problem, as a viral CCTV video shows two bulls violently clashing on a busy roadside. In the footage, the bulls charge into a local tea shop, destroying it within seconds and causing chaos among customers, who flee in panic.
Such incidents have become alarmingly frequent, with locals reporting numerous accidents caused by stray animals suddenly fighting in public spaces. Despite repeated complaints and letters sent to the district panchayat, authorities have failed to launch any concrete campaign to catch these animals. As a result, resentment is growing in the community, which continues to suffer injuries, property damage, and constant anxiety due to unchecked stray animal activity.
