Charlie Woods unites Tiger Woods and ex-Elin Nordegren for a heartfelt family reunion

Tiger Woods and Elin Nordegren have never had any problem with their decision to split up as parents. They are often seen together making public appearances, showing support for their children.

The most recent one came to celebrate Charlie’s significant victory.In honor of the Bucs winning the 2025 Class 1A FHSAA state championship, a ring ceremony was held at The Benjamin School's Palm Beach Gardens campus. Both Tiger Woods and Elin Nordegren were there to watch their son's second title ring being presented to him. Elin wore a black sweatshirt and gym pants, while Woods wore a blue suit. The big ceremony honored a title won back in November at Mission Inn Resort.

Charlie Woods achieves what Tiger Woods didn't

Charlie Woods of Benjamin Bucs headed the final round as the top seed. He fired a team-best score of 4-under 68 to secure the state championship title. That score equaled the tournament's lowest round, where Charlie Woods birdied the final hole to secure a five-shot victory over The First Academy.This was a significant moment for the father-son duo, as Charlie achieved something that Tiger did not. The 15-time major winner never attained this during his own high school years because California did not hold state golf championships at the time.

Particularly, Elin and Tiger were also in attendance during the match, and Woods walked the course just one month following his seventh back surgery. Charlie Woods celebrated his second state championship victory with this ceremony. He won his first in 2023 and then captured a runner-up finish in 2024, just barely losing to Oxbridge Academy. Woods attended both. Charlie Woods was not the only one to secure the victory. His teammate, Andrew Tsar, ended up as the individual state runner-up.

Brooks Colton also played exceptionally well to support the anchor of the team’s significant win. Both of these standout athletes are now set to play for Southern Methodist University.Last month, Tiger and Elin were in Miami to witness their son play at the Junior Orange Bowl. In 2025, Woods also attended the gallery over the summer for several of his son’s junior golf tournaments.After high school, Charlie and Tiger have consistently performed at the PNC Championship, ending as runners-up in both 2021 and 2024. And in the 2024 tournament, Charlie Woods scored his first hole-in-one. As Charlie Woods approaches his collegiate golf journey, his high school days at 17 are coming to an end.
